In this one of a kind event it will be the stars of the NCRA modified division taking on the regulars of the tracks USRA modified division. With the variation of a couple rules, the following decisions have been made by track and series officials.

I'm not understanding the 25 pound weight rule? No other rules are changed and both groups have to add the weight, what's the point? Just let them weigh 25 pounds less!
