the World of Outlaws Late Model Series was really good. the Winner of the A-main started 11th. the 5th place finisher started 18th, and the 6th place guy started 23rd. it was neat to see so much passing. and this was Powercom Park, one of the worst tracks ever for passing.
the late model car count was good. there had to be 35 or 40 cars. someone warned that there would not be many cars.
at Knoxville there appears to have been very little passing. that gets pretty boring. plus, K-ville is far, far away. Beaver Dam, only 40 miles.
Glad i made the right choice.
for those who drove for hours, i'm sorry you missed out.

Even though Zomer started up front and won, there was a lot of passing going on.

Ha ha ha...Muddy I'm with you. Zomer did take the lead and keep it, but yes, there was a ton of passing in the back. And actually, when the yellow flag flew, there was a race for the lead. I thought the racing was really good at Knoxville.
I swear you people take too much for granted....

I had a great time at Beaver Dam, but I have no idea what it was like at Knoxville. Because, you know, I wasn't there. If I could be in two places at once, I would be. I had a good time, I'm sure the people in Knoxville did too. What's with the nana-nana-boo-boo?
The only thing I can say for certain is that you can't buy a Jimmy John's Turkey Tom at Knoxville, and therefore, I had a much better sandwich at Beaver Dam than I would have had at Knoxville.

Well there ya go. The WoO LM show previous to Beaver Dam was in Davenport on the 1/4 mile. someone there reported that there wasn't a SINGLE change in the running order for the last 27 laps, just choo-choo on the bottom.
