David Newton, ESPN's NASCAR reporter, is reporting (via his twitter) Kevin Swindell will drive the Trevor Bayne Nationwide car this weekend at Dover.
I wish Earl still did Eldora's track prep.

Just saw this on jayski.com; great news!
Kevin has been in some Nationwide/Busch East cars, ARCA, etc.
This HAS to be the best ride so far.

Interesting sidebar--Sammy also drove in a Busch Series race at Dover in the 1993 June race. He drove the #26 TMC/Bull & Hanna's Ford there.

Believe he only did a few start and parks in the Nationwide series last year. Good to see he has a chance with a established team that will run the whole race. Cole Whitt has also ran pretty good in the trucks and few Nationwide races hes been in.. Sweet's been fast in the trucks but cant seem to get the finish he deserves, seems to get caught in a lot of accidents so far.

Kevin Swindell deserves a break like this and more , this kid is one of best drivers in auto racing . Given the equipment Kevin will show NASCAR that he a very capable driver ,and can drive anything .
