Topic: ??? About a new Sprint Car Driver from Minnesota

I was looking over the Knoxville results from this past Saturday night '5-7-11' and I noticed something that caught my eye. There was a driver in the 410 class from Lamberton Mn. driving the #1H car owned by a Ron Wiuff, this is cool to have another 410 driver from southern Minnesota. Being from this area I have never heard of this driver or the car owner, maybe I have missed something here but does anyone know anything about this team that raced in Knoxville last weekend?

They have been around, they raced the 410 show at Rocky last year , Rick you just spend to much time at Vick's Corner West. lol.

Car Owner raced at Rocky. Not the driver. Think he goes way back, maybe Stan M can shed some light on this.

Ron's last driver was Jeremy Kurzman then he parked it for a while and I haven't seen them. Don't know the no name driver but it rings a bell. What was that line you always say about the difference between a good day at the races and a great day at the races sprntr?

My bad, the driver's name is Butch Koziol. Not sure if he was a driver from another class around here in southern Minnesota or drove a sprint car some where else.

I know trigger20, my goal this year is to get my ars back to the track more often than i have the last few years!

Butch used to live in Oakdale and raced sprints around the Twin Cities (Wissota, Cedar Lake, etc) for several years. His car number back then if I remember correct was 4D8. He did a lot of the work on my dad's street legal sprint car including building the engine.
