JONES’ POINT LEAD NOW 83 AFTER WIN AT THE PAS
Regional-CRA Sprints

05/13/07 - Perris, Calif…….Tony Jones of Norco, Calif. has an 83-point lead in the new Lucas Oil USAC/CRA Sprint Car Series standings after winning Saturday’s 30-lap race at Perris Auto Speedway. Jones led all 30 laps to beat series point runnerup Mike Spencer, while Danny Sheridan, Rip Williams and Cory Kruseman rounded out the “top-five.” Jones piloted the La Villa Restaurant/Ferreira Dairy DRC/JC to the victory.

Good night for those in the business of selling sprint car parts.

It will be interesting to see if the camera operator in turn one got the wheel assembly flying over his head when David Cardey flipped.
