Danley led the 10-lap distance. Roberts got off to a slow start and was running fourth by a lap seven caution for a stopped Bickett. Danley led Pace, T. Kennedy, Roberts and Dover back to green. Roberts and Dover shot around Pace and T. Kennedy into second and third on the restart.

Hall was impressive in leading flag to flag. The only yellow came on lap four when Klabunde lost his right front wheel while running second. The restart saw Hall ahead of Bruce, a surging Lasoski from the tail, Drueke and Cox. Hall was able to hold off Bruce with solid runs in both one and two and three and four.

Gossel left the field behind in this one, despite one caution on lap three for Humston, who went up in smoke and was done for the night. Bergman made the move of the race, and probably the move of the night, when he put himself in a feature redraw position (top eight) by passing Hafertepe and Goerges for second on the last lap.

Droud shot around the front row starters early to lead flag to flag. W. Johnson made his move into second by lap two. Grosz was impressive from the tail to get fourth, while McCarl held onto fifth despite a collapsed nosewing in Gary Swenson's car.

Forler led lap one before a lap three yellow for Alley, who was running fifth. A reverse camber issue saw the left front wheel detach from the axle. The restart saw Forler ahead of Brown, Jordahl, Fassbender and Bakker. Forler made his machine wide on a choppy heavy surface, but Brown threw a duckunder move on him entering turn one on the last lap to gain the win.
B main one (started): 1. Bakker (1) 2. Ry. Anderson (3) 3. J. Ossenfort (8) 4. CJ Johnson (2) 5. Pace (5) / 6. Klabunde (15) 7. Fassbender (9) 8. Jordahl (7) 9. Kitchen (13) 10. Lovegrove (11) 11. Runge (14) 12. Dorr (12) 13. Osborne (10) 14. Hess (6) 15. Grossenbacher (4) DNS – Humston
Bakker led the 12-lap distance in commanding fashion. The only stoppage came with three in the books, when Grossenbacher, who was running second, got upside down in turn four. He was uninjured. Hess exited from fifth place under the red. The restart saw Bakker leading CJ Johnson, Anderson, Pace and Jordahl back to green. Ossenfort used the high side on both ends to circle around Jordahl, Pace and CJ Johnson to nail down third.
B main two (started): 1. Cox (2) 2. Forler (1) 3. Boston (5) 4. McCarl (4) 5. Meyer (6) / 6. Rosenboom (9) 7. Alley (13) 8. Wolfgang (8) 9. Bickett (14) 10. Chapman (7) 11. D. Ossenfort (10) 12. Drueke (12) 13. Goerges (3) 14. T. Kennedy (11) DNS – Jensen
Cox was impressive in leading the distance with Forler in tow. Lap five saw T. Kennedy get into the wall. Goerges was running fifth when he exited after going up in smoke. The restart with eight to go, saw Cox leading Forler, McCarl, Boston and Meyer. All would transfer to the main event.

L. Kennedy contacted the turn four wall before a lap could be completed. Droud led the first lap before Bergman took control on lap two when the race went green. Brown was into second on the lightning fast track by lap 8 of the 25-lapper. Roberts was out of tear-offs when he stopped and exited on lap ten. The restart saw Bergman leading Brown, who was hot on the leader in lapped traffic before the caution. Droud restarted third ahead of Dover and Grosz. Three laps later, Cox, who had advanced into the top ten, had his front end fold up, and his night was done. Bergman pulled away from the field and had no peer as the last 12 laps went non-stop. The battled for third, fourth and fifth waged as Droud, Dover and W. Johnson battled in the final stages. Droud would come home third, ahead of W. Johnson and Dover. Bergman was paid $3,000 for his first career ASCS-Midwest win. Meyer was the hard-charger, moving up 14 spots.
