I have been very pleased by the positive response and interactions I have gotten from the Racers who have visited my fitness thread. You all are top notch. It has given me a lot of confidence in what I am trying to do. As my thanks, feel free to shoot me an email and I'll send you the bonus "Couch Potato Workout" from the Racers Workout Package for Free. Open to the Hosehead gang only. I posted this offer on the fitness thread, but I know not everyone visits there all the time.
Couch Potato is all about getting meaningful fitness work in on those days when you can't leave the house, don't wanna leave the TV, or just want something simple and quick to do without all the drama. Also great for beginners who haven't worked out for quite a while. [email protected] is the email. Make sure you let me know your goals for your racing and your fitness.
Thanks again for everything and I look forward to sharing more valuable racing fitness tools and info with you all on the racing fitness thread. Russ

Hey Russ, how about sharing some of your racing stories with us from your days as an announcer at the old North Starr Speedway. Everyone up here in Minnesota knows who you are but I don't think a lot of the Hosehead's forum members from around the country really know your background in racing. A lot of them might think you just dropped out of nowhere trying to push a fitness program when in reality you've got a great background in this sport. Weren't you involved in Hockey and body building up here in Minnesota as well?
I always enjoy visiting with you and am looking forward to seeing you this summer.
Stan Meissner
