Lone Star Kart Nationals This Weekend!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – February 24, 2011 - Make your plans now to attend the 2nd Annual Lone Star Kart Nationals presented by Seymour Speedway and 4 Speed Race Promotions this Friday and Saturday night inside the J.S. Bridwell Center in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Thus far, 247 drivers from across the country have already pre-registered for the biggest kart race in the state of Texas.
It all kicks off on Friday night with a full evening of hot laps taking place from 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM. Then on race day – Saturday – pit gates will open at 7:00 AM with pre tech also taking place until 10:00 AM. Hot laps will be from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM with drivers meeting at 11:00 AM and qualifying kicking off at 12:30 PM. Heats and features will follow.
Pit passes for Friday night's practice session are just $10 while $15 is the cost for pit passes on Saturday. Kart/driver pit passes are $40 and covers driver and kart for one class. Each addition class is $20. Adult general admission is $5 while $2 admission is charged for children under twelve.
