Can anyone tell me the purse breakdown of a standard A-Main for the national series. I know it's $6,000 to win, but i need to know the breakdown from 2nd to 24th. Attempts to contact ASCS on this subject have not worked. Thanks!

I heard somewhere it pays $500 to start, but i don't know where in the field that $500 starts. i know in a few series that the minimum starts around 18th and pays the same the rest of the way back.

Thank You! Look for my story in Flat Out Magazine in a couple of months that covers 410 vs 360 topics.

Be sure to include in your article on what is the cost to be competitive when comparing a 360 and 410 motor. That is the key item that is always forgotten.

At Hanford, I was told by an ASCS official that tow money is $500 to the top ten and $300 to the next five for a total tow money payout of $6,500.

Does the tow money go by driver or owner points?

If you are using this for Flatout, I would recomend contacting Chuck Zitterich directly to give you the most accurate information. Mine information is from the Devils Bowl nationals approximately 2 years ago.
Or just have Zoch get it for you.

Or you could get a hold of Lonnie Wheatley - I would be shocked if Lonnie would avoid getting back to you or helping you out if he can.
