I told you all a couple months ago there was something in the works and it all got finalized last week. An email from a track promoter informs that USRA president Todd Staley was in town last week and met with promoters. The majority are going USRA rules and sanctioning on mods and sport mods and a couple others are going rules but not sanctioned. Below is what was sent too me:
All tracks except Lawton and Enid will be racing USRA modified rules. Siloam Springs and Thunderbird are trying to get sanctioned but Outlaw Motor Speedway and Salina Speedway already are in that area. Not known if they will be allowed to yet.
Tri-State Speedway, Outlaw Motor Speedway and Salina Speedway will be running B mod rules (IMCA modified rules - not cheap). Everyone else will be running the same sport mod rules as Brill Motor Speedway and Oklahoma Sports Park has been running. All are USRA sanctioned with the exceptions posted above.
Oklahoma Sports Park, Brill Motor Speedway and Creek County Speedway will be racing USRA sanctioned with the pro/street ckass, the same rules as Oklahoma Sports Park and Brill Motor Speedway has been running.
