I see on Hoseheads front page that the Maxim ad congratulates Donny Ray Crawford. Is that a Maxim midget? How many are out there?

As far as I know there is only one. It was actully built and owned by Mike Long when he worked and ran the shop at Maxim. Mike sold it a few years back. Before selling it, it was ran at the Chili Bowl by Jason Myers and TBJ I believe.
