It's not official yet, but Emmit Hahn announced today at the ASCS banquet that Lucas Oil is working on a deal with CBS to televise the Chili Bowl. They are also working on a deal for 2012 to televise some ASCS National races on CBS.
This will be a good deal for ASCS and it's competitors. Lets hope it works out!

I like the sounds of that.

I would think that it will happen. The famous Show-Me 100 for the late models that is now being held at Lucas Oil Speedway (for years in West Plains, Missouri) is going to be telecast on CBS as well. CBS telecasts alot of Lucas Oil stuff thus the late model show and now, apparently the Chili Bowl and ASCS national tour.
