Saturday night A-Main at the Knoxville Nationals. Most intense race I've ever seen!!! As far as the prestige goes, there isn't a bigger one in sprint car racing. As far as purse goes, well, you know-ask the "Steel City Outlaw" which one is the best. Honorable Mentions: #1 Thursday night A-Main at the Knoxville Nationals. #2 WoO at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer, Iowa.

Rahmer beating the WoO from 24 starting spot at the Grove in May.
and I am NOT even a Rahmer fan...Leppo had them covered until he started running out of fuel on Lap 28.

I was at the Nationals on saturday night and have to agree. The show in Spencer was pretty good also, I wasnt sure if anyone else on here was at that also.

For the second straight year the Trophy Cup at the Tulare Thunderbowl. TK takes the win from 19th with a great finish battling Kyle Larson. Last year TK won from 24th, consistantly the best formatted event in all of sprint car racing. Its my one cant miss race of the year.

Knoxville Nationals by far. Nothing will beat Shaffer passing Donny and the entire crowd was on their feet and screaming. That was amazing!

Trophy Cup hands down. Year after year it produces the most excitement and compelling stories! If you haven't been you need to mark on your calender to come and see.
Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

Every one of them I attended was better than a day in the office.
I get to most of the good ones around the Twin Cities area but don't have the means to do much traveling beyond that. I just try to make the most of what's close to home and appreciate what I am able to do. There's a lot of great racing right here in my back yard and I'm thankful for the opportunity to be involved in a small way.
