I heard that the All-Star Circuit of Champions Sprints are
having 3 regional point funds in 2011, with one of them being the
Eastern region, with tracks in Quebec, New York, Georgia, Florida, and
PA. Does anyone know how (if at all) true this is?

It is true but not sure that is the make up. Read one is in and around Ohio. Guess they found out OVSCA was successful and want to move in. I got an email from them a week or so ago and it outlined the areas but didn't keep it.

The gloves will be off before to long if it happens as the midwestno-stars didn't last to long around our parts. I bet it won't in Ohio either.
