At one time I thought the City of Clinton owed the track b/c it was fomerly the city dump. Now Madore might have bought it from the city I do not know.
I am sure someone that knows more about Wild West can answer the question.

Madore bought it from the City several years ago. These investors bought it from Joe, I guess today.
