How come we never get to see the USAC sprints or midgets live on the web anymore like earlier in the year ? Seems like a great way to build fan base. Someone like me might even make sure I attend a race next time they are in my area!!!!

Easy ta search out for live USAC events..... or weekly streams from Kokomo if Dean Mills is in town and not on road with USAC Nat'l. event!!....USACRacing.com will usually post if a stream will be available on Race Day....also someone will post on IndianaOpenWheel.com or at least be doing updates during events....still more questions, call USAC 317-247-5151...........

Dean Mills next year will no longer being doing USAC broadcast's. He will be working for the new "Golden State Challenge Series of the West." They are going to be streaming every race on the internet and doing tv broadcasting as well i believe. He has a great opportunity and said he couldn't pass it up via his facebook page. They have already have been doing stuff already out here and he was filming the Gold Cup this weekend as well. So that is why you haven't seen as many race's as like earlier in the year and probably won't see many more the rest of the year IMO.
Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

Tracks I've been to this year are Tulare, Placerville, Santa Maria, Ventura, Watsonville, Hanford and Calistoga
So when can we expect you and brother Matt @ the PAS?

Last week Calistoga was on the net Sunday. I've seen several races, sprints and midgets the whole year, but not every race is on. Depends upon the track promoter and also whether the track can facilitate (hardware) the live broadcast.
Ventura is always on weekly, and there action in the 360 main is 2nd to none.
USACs big loss for Dean Mills and Golden State Championships gain. Guess the GSC will be a big deal next year.
If you check Indiana Open Wheel forumn, they (Mills/USAC) will post information on future races for the net. Many times the track will only allow the main event to be televised and there will be little or no notice. If you're home, just keep checking and you might get lucky.
Wonder if the Oval Nationals, Tulare and Turkey Night will be broadcast. Pretty sure the Mitchell Classic for midgets will be on Ventura's webcast, but it is always better in person.

You guy's are missing the probable main reason wht "The General" is coming home to film the "Wing Thing's". There is going to be a winged Sprint Car T.V. show similar to "Madhouse",and "Heartland Thunder" where he will assumingly be doing the video end of business. I haven't heard what channel to watch for this show on. I'll watch because it's better than pavement or dirt modified's but, I really wish it would have been the travling "Big Money" and "spoiler's" (Stanbrough,Darland,Ballou etc.) of USAC. If you're reading this chance's are that you also would like non-wing tradional Sprint Car's to be the "star's of the show"

yes, it would be nice if the show featured the USAC National series and its drivers.

Mr Mills got his start filming his dad racing at Placerville. His roots are where the GSC is based out of.
I enjoy any web cast racing. Even with wings, it is better than nothing at all. I'm not a wing fan and I don't like anything The Padjens do, but Dean Mills is a class act.
I'll watch it and make up my mind then.
Cover your beer, the race is on!

The Padjens dont have anything to do with racing in California anymore. Alan Handy runs Silver Dollar Speedway and Dan Simpson bought and is running the Golden State Challenge Series.
Cheers!
