Tulsa, Oklahoma (September 9, 2010) - Due to the amount of rain created by tropical depression Hermine and a forecast of the possibility of even more rain on Saturday, the scheduled sprint car event featuring the Oil Capital Racing Series at West Siloam Speedway has been cancelled for this Saturday night.

OCRS and West Siloam officials are working on a rescheduled date and an announcement from each party will be made once a decision is reached. As of today, the remaining stock car classes scheduled to run at WSS this Saturday night is still on.

The scheduled OCRS "Sprint Furry"event for tomorrow night at the Outlaw Motor Speedway in Oktaha just south of Muskogee is also still on.

Actually, it was somewhere between "Gerbil Derby" and "Hey, Mister...can I pet your car?" Smile
