Bud - Sure wish he'd throw a car together and run a few USAC/CRA shows at Perris this year...there's lots of holes in the USAC Silver Crown & GSC schedules...real good chance he'd contend to be the 12th different winner this year in the series...

Tim - Very cool to see a second TSR Bass Pro Shops WoO car with the 11K on it...hope it lasts...just amazes me that Smoke and The King agree that he's one of the most talented and exciting driver's out there and yet he started the year (and won) without a sponsor...

Brent - A recent issue of Speedway Illustrated had a tiny picture of BK in a Nascar Winston West car at Sonoma...weird how I keep forgetting how much that guy has done in his career...and still does...

Howard - Man, I sure miss watching him battle the Sargents, Pombos, and Quick Nick Rescino...that's when racing had true heros (and enemies)...and didn't have to be PC in the interviews...them were the good 'ol days...

A random positive post about the Kaeding's is almost much enjoyed Smile

We are lucky in California to have Bud racing a winged car in most of the GSC races this year and I hope he is having fun doing it. Brent has been on a roll lately winning 4 races and being consistantly in the top 5. I hope Tim does well in his new ride and that somehow he can find a way to keep racing, because he is truly one of the best races in the country. Give this guy a sponser already, he he. I have fait memories of Howard Kaeding at San Jose Speedway because I was born in 1979, so most of my sprint car memories started around the mid 80's.

Looking forward to the new Golden State King of the
West series schedule!

Winged sprintcars = the fastest and most exciting
racecars on dirt!

I miss Timmy not racing here, he was (and is) magic behind the wheel of a sprinter. The races have lost the "fireworks" since he has been gone. Just gotta love him...................
