Its in two weeks not this saturday. Most of the sport mods will be in elk city on friday and amarillo saturday that weekend. So, it should be a good week end to bring the car out to work on the set up.

Ed just wanting to say Thank You for letting us make a few laps with our vintage car and for displaying it ,my dad really enjoyed seeing the old car go around the track again, brought back alot of memories for him from racing there in the fifties, Thanks again , and a great night of racing as well , great job your doing, been to both shows and what an improvement , keep up the good work...look forward to the next show

I was unable to make it even though I wanted to badly. Are you planing on running the injected sprints more often? Would like to have another place to race.

I so not no who was all at Enid Speedway last night but it was a joke the promoter is a jerk for starter and when he said he was going to be running on sundays he said everyone would be home or gone from the races i got home from there at 2:45 a.m. and i think i have made my last trip to Enid Speedway.when u got drivers running over everyone under the yellow flag that is a bunch of bullshit. Then his wife is trash talking in the grandstands she should have been throwed out right along with her husband. NCRA is not much better when you kick people out for standing up for the right thing.the driver that i am talking about runs over everyone at every track he goes to runs at one of this days his time is coming and i hope that i am there to see it happen. This is the way i fill and i hope who every was there last night seen what i seen and put there two cents in on what happened there and u do not dump a bunch of water on the race track five minutes before the races starts and think the drivers can race on the kind of surfs. I guess it is who u are before they use the black flag for when u get taken out or put in the wall. There was several race that i so where there was cars sitting on the track or over the hill at the north end or coming out of turn four and there sits a car right he set there for five laps i guess if u do not like that person u just leave them there and hope no one hit them or comes off the corner.

It's hard to understand everything your saying but I do know the fans in the stands by the cheers sure liked it. It sure was a interesting evening last night thats for sure.

Ed my opion is the sport mods is what draws the fans to Enid. If your going to have a show you got to have the sport mods or how about getting the NCRA Late Models? If not how about the NCRA Late Models at the Winter Nationals?

Just wait until The Wheather Nationals . I bet you their is going to be 50-60 sportmods for those two NCRA shows. The Ncra has already had 75 differnt drivers at their five shows already.

Kevin - Ed has asked NCRA to have the Sport Mods on Saturday night, Oct. 16th, instead of the 2 days. Should be a great show though.

I agree. You guys in the sport mods are what the crowd wants to see and you guys are doing a great job. There is no other class out there that has the number of cars you guys do.

I was at the race and maybe the ncra rep should have acted like a professional, for who he allegedly represents. 12g's wife has every right to defend her man, regardless of what he is doing on the track, and her friend that was defending her should have knocked his head off. David Smith jr, you are a ballsless prick, and you say you quit, lets get it right, you probaly got fired for threatning to hit a woman, I know that woman and she would have tore your ass up!!!!!!!
F.Y.I. this is the second time in 2 years, at the same speedway, same corner, and involving the same 2 drivers (12g & 26t) the same thing has happened. Chickering with his head up his ass, drove through and over 12g, totaling greens modified. 12g, his friends, fans, and his crew have had enough of this asshole at enid speedway! I'm sure 12g got his point across to 26t this time. To Allen Chickering-how's it feel now asshole share the pain and the expense! We'll see you again fool!

Well Ed I guess you can't make everyone happy, it seems like there is always someone wanting to complain my personal opinion, the ones who complain are usually the same ones and they just keep running the promoters off, because they get tired of hearing it. Maybe if they would relax and watch the race, they might enjoy it, yes I haven't been yet but thats because of being out of town working, but I have been to the monster truck shows that you promote and enjoyed every year and I know about Dodge City and its a very popular track, so somebody doing something right. I will be there sometime Ed, whenever you have a Sat. night show I can run. I just want to let you know everyone I have talked to that I know has been satisfied of what you have done.

Ed I was supposed to be there with a vintage car, but my temp went to the moon leaving town.
I owe you one visit to any track you promote. I want some dirt on my tires again before the year is over.

You need to get your facts straight as I would NEVER threaten to hit a woman, never have and never will under no circumstances. If even ever thought of it my 74 yr. old father would whoop my butt. It was bullshit what he did on the track and should have been handled in the pit area - if it really had to come too it. Something to the affect of vehicular assault. And to wish somebody would have got hurt isn't very much class itself.
And my actions (arguing) pale compared to the actions of the NCRA steward, who informed I was too leave, at Elk City back in March earlier this year. Just ask Jon Herrings mother...

Now what Green did was uncalled for, in the heat race that was a racing deal! johnson made it 3wide while chickering had the right side off the track and hopped back on and they all 3 got togeather in my opinion johnson shouldnt of made it 3 wide but thats me. I know alot of people dont like to race with allen but that was just B.S. that could of seriously hurt him, Green doesnt even need to be racing driving one handed and waht not! put 2 on the wheel and you might not be as much of a squirrel!
