Someone said it looked like a Kenny Woodruff car. That car has the Woodland Ca sponser on the side. Those were some times.

The vintage newsletter that was at the end of the photo gallery said it was a '78 Trostle wrenched by Woodruff and won the first WoO show ever with Jimmy Boyd driving and also won the first WoO show at Calistoga with Johnny Anderson driving.
I got lucky and saw Jimmy win in the 21 at 34 Raceway in Burlington Iowa July 28th, 1978
