I was there and Sammy passed him twice. Once in traffic and then the caution flew and then once on an ensuing resatart that was waived off for another caution. He was within a car length when Tyler lost the tire, so it was hardly as if he won only because someone else had bad fortune.
Even if he did last I checked you needed to make it 25 lasps and Tyler and crew obviously miscalculated.

congrats to the seniors. The old guys are having a lot of fun this year. I hope for the 50th Sammy and Steve are fighting (cleanly) for the win with Sammy winning it at the line.
