Understand from readings that Wayne Johnson and Shane Stewart got together last night in ASCS action and the drive line on Waynes sprinter exploded and severely broke his leg. The flighted him to the trama center where they done emergency surgery to repair a very damaged leg.
I am sure David Jones or a couple of others have contacted his wife and hopefully somebody will post more on Waynes conidition soon.
Hate to hear this about a friend of mine and really a good guy. Thoughts and prayers for a full covery are with you, Wayne.

Wayne is out of surgery and all
indications are that it went well. Just to clear up some of the rumors,
he does have feeling in his foot and it was not amputated. They
originally thought they would have to do 2 surgeries but feel fairly
confident they were able to make the repairs with just 1. Thanks to
everyone for their thoughts, concens and prayers.

I just talked to him around 8:30am and he's doing good. The surgery went well they will do another surgery wed. to clean up the wound.
