Few have ever gone as fast with less. A Bobby Allen protege I believe.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

He is also dealing with Lyme Disease, and is pretty much the reason he doesn't race anymore.

Maybe it's Adam Main? A gasser from what I hear. Still lives in nor cal and helps his familys #35 sprinter. I believe an accident at the big E shortened the young mans carrer.

Just found out tonight Tim isn't building valve covers, oil pans or fabricating anything ,and hasn't for a few years. Lyme Disease has taken a toll on him. He can't get around and is all but wheel chair bound.

Wow, it has gotten worse. I just talked to him a few weeks ago to order a couple sets of valve covers and he sounded ok and didn't say much about his condition. Guess these last two sets of vc's are collectors items.
Get well Timmy!!

That sucks - I can still remember Tim making the 1996 HBO after spending the day painting the truck with a roller. As he crossed the finishing line in a qualifying spot, he was so fired up he was just pounding away on the steering wheel.
