all I got. action among the top 3 was so good it was almost impossible to keep track of lapped traffic. battle among top 3 was excellent and Matt Ward put together a great drive through the field after more bad luck at the start put him at the tail of the field, and had picked off most of those spots back in the early stages of the race - but the top 3 distanced themselves effectively and I dont think there were any yellows aside from the incident in the initial start. It was great to get a glimpse of the awesome non wing action at I-44 with a full(er) field.

Results are very unofficial and likely to include some errors and mis-spellings (of which I sincerely apologize). Just tried to get some quick results as a fan lol. Track was good and racy. good moisture through the heats and slicked off somewhat/just right during the features with a great cushion - of which Christopher Bell of course exhibited another clinic upon. Non Wing A Main definitely the race of the night. Marcham, Shebester, and Bell trading off the top 3 spots absolutely flying around the track - constantly switching grooves from cushion to low side through lapped traffic. great race. Kid Sprint even had a last turn pass for the win. Mini Stock races were yawners. A Class was good. track started to get a little dry and dusty by then - but still really good multi-groove action. It was a great racing surface with equally great racing - show just needs more cars. a lot more. good racing though and a fun night.

Ahh yeah...Friday night at the races!! Just like old times. (Well, OK, not quite.) But still a great time at the track. Beautiful night, good track, great racing, and hanging with friends. Hard to beat that!

This just in...that Bell kid can flat drive a race car!! Smile Of course, Marcham and Shebester are pretty good, too. That non-wing A was awesome, watching the top 3 fly around the track, maneuvering thru traffic. Fun stuff!!

Let's Go Racin'!!

Best racing I have seen in a while at I-44, especially the non-wings, the track was fast and Christopher Bell took advantage of that. Trey Marchum held him for a while, but once they got in traffic, Bell was able to stay up top and keep momentum. In the A-feature I thought Josh Marchum did an excellent job holding off Trey until the spin, I was pulling for him though. Good job Josh.

Good night of racing. Kirk and crew are doing a great job with the racing surface. I wish more people would come out and see how good the racing there is..

Money isn't everything, but it sure keeps your kids
