The picture was taken by Daron Shade at USA in Tucson. I think it was the taken the Second New Year's race at USA. I think Josh Pelkey is driving the car. http://www.swmsi.com/

Thank's, I'm still not sure where I found that picture to start with, but at least I know where it originally came from now. I don't remember being on that site before though. He has a few more pictures on that site with great sunsets.
