Important Information Regarding Upcoming NCRA Hutchinson Nationals

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – June 17, 2010 – Midwest City, Oklahoma - If you're a race fan or a driver competing on the O'Reilly Auto Parts National Championship Racing Association's sprint car, modified north or southern modified tour, you may want to take notice and make your hotel reservations now for the "Rods, Racin' and Rock 'n Roll" of them all, the 54^th Annual Hutchinson Grand Nationals, to be held on Friday and Saturday night, July 2-3 on the grounds of the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Sharing the weekend with the three series divisions on the 100 year old fairgrounds facility will be the 3^rd Annual Hutchinson Rod Run Car Show. Over 400 street rods, classic cars, vintage race cars, bands, a sock hop, calendar girls and numerous other events will fill the fairgrounds facility and throw in the mix of the top dirt track drivers in the Midwest competing for the "Grand Daddy" of them all, the prestigious Hutch Nationals championship, not only will the fairgrounds be filled with people but so will the city of Hutchinson as well.

All fans and drivers attending the 54^th Annual Hutchinson Grand Nationals are encouraged to book your motel rooms now so you won't be left without lodging.

The two nights of O'Reilly/National Championship Racing Association action kicks off on Friday night with complete shows for both the modified north and sprint car divisions. Then on Saturday night both divisions will be joined by the southern modifieds. Start time both nights is set for 7:30 PM.

Then don't forget that on Sunday night the O'Reilly/NCRA modified north and southern modifieds will do battle atop 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas for a special Fourth of July spectacular.

Just got word that Saturday night, July 3rd, NCRA southern modified race during the Hutchinson Nationals will pay $700 to win and $100 to start. There will also be a special practice session for all drivers on Thursday night, July 1st and Friday night, July 2nd.

You NCRA southern modified drivers are also welcome to compete Friday night with the AAA modified division during the Hutch Nationals. Go to 81 Speedways website www.81speedway.org for rules.
