I hope this isn't the latest USAC idea to upgrade one of its pavement series. It reminds me of supermodifieds that preceded sprinters in the late 1950's/early 1960's. John S.

The Little 500 stands apart from USAC. I don't even believe that there was any ghost sanctioning like in the last couple of years. The Fillip brothers have always been innovative in their interpetation of the rules.

I noticed when they refueled the car, they used two dump cans at one time. If you look closely, you can see two fillers on the top of the tank. It was my first time at The Little 500, absolutly the most insane race i've ever been to. Loved it.
