Modifieds Set for Brill Motor Speedway on Saturday
FOR
IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Midwest City, Oklahoma – May 9, 2010 - Coming off one of the
most competitive nights of racing in the divisions short history just three
weeks earlier, the O’Reilly/NCRA southern modified division makes a return visit
to Brill Motor Speedway in Meeker, Oklahoma this coming Saturday night, May
15.
In the
last event held at the track, Randy Timms of Wheatland outdueled Dustin Buntin
and Justin Allen in a race long battle for the top spot in a feature that saw
the top three battle side by side for the majority of the race.
Buntin
comes into the night as the early season point’s leader by 25 points over Kevin
Snow. Robert Elliott, Brandon Cross and Don McConnell are the top five in
points.
Rounding out the top five in the point standings are Frank Graven, Mike
Little, Randy Bohnstedt, Todd Decker and Kevin Dickson. Decker picked up a
victory in the season opener in Elk City back in March.
Other
series regulars expected include Landon Maddox, Tommy Bohnstedt, Chris Holt,
Walter O’Dell and Dakota Moore.
Non-series regulars expected include Jeff Autry, Justin Allen, Mark
Robinson, Randy Sallee, Ross McCartney, Justin North, Tad Sweitzer and Joey
Buntin. Close to thirty drivers are expected.

gates open at 4:30 PM with racing set to begin at 7:00 PM. For more race
