Can anyone tell me about the track in Lamonte Missouri? Trying to deceide where to maybe go Friday night and was wondering about this track.

been there twice was OK at best for racing, good thing its close enough to the state fair grounds that you can pull in kinda count cars and decide if the 2K to win show at the fairgrounds might be better deal or opposite

Sedalia will most likely pull more cars. It's 14 miles down the road from LaMonte and the purse is much higher...

You will probably see a better race at Lamonte.Sedalia is more often than not follow the leader,where the best motor wins.Neither tracks will have a lot of cars.Some will want the WoW points,and some dont want to pull the guts out of their motor at Sedalia.But there will be a few real good cars at Sedalia.The last 360 race at Lamonte was a good one.Lamonte would be my choice.

Talked to Jonathan Cornell last nite and he said he will be at State Fair Speedway because of the 2000 purse. I assume others will follow.
