"ROCKET" Rodney Sanders is actually from Happy Tx just 30 miles down the road south, It would be just a suburb in Dallas. His dad Marcus Sanders was pretty good with a wheel himself. Marcus raced for a lot of years and set the fastest time in a Modified at the 1995 50 grand to win show and now has taught the boy well. Rodney started 8th but he had the home track advantage since he's been racing here for several years, NO PROBLEM taking home the 2 grand.
