sound slike you gotta pay the $125 fee even for just one show. attica raceway park is doing an awesome thing and stepping up and paying for the local guys to make sure they wanna come run instead of staying home that night. pretty awesome of them!

i agree, they do alot to try and help car counts and help the local racers, fremont also, it is very hard to find places like that anymore. fremont is probably the biggest racing community i have ever seen. its very cool what they do to try and help the sport grow......and now the fremont promoters took over promoting findlay(millstream) also.....just another way they are trying to help the sport

Here in western Penna, one sprint track forces you to have the Dirtcar license to race weekly, and you must buy Goodyears, buy a radio, buy a transponder, buy a flat wing, and they kept the Goodyear $$$$ for "operating expenses"And their food is lousy, and there is no pit restroom for the people who spend the most, the most often at the racetrack. Then,to make the middle of the purse better, they cut the feature starting field to 20 cars. Why does this not make any sense to me?

Just a thought - when you amortize the cost of a DirtCar license over 25 races, if breaks down to $5/race......just saying....transponders, flat wings, and radios have been around for a couple of years. So I'm sure they can be found and bought used...at a discount from the new price.
As far as the bad food; well, most folks probably drive by 20 or 30 fast food restaurants on their way to the track, as well as 20 or so "family" restaurants....so why is track food/price even an issue?
