Wingman suggested in another post that I should put names under the photos but I won't do that because it would be too much work to type a name under every action photo. My photo gallery software creates a gallery in a couple of minutes so I'll stick with what I'm doing on the event photos.
Nevertheless, I decided to do kind of a compromise and setup a driver photo section similar to the one I did in 2008. In this section you will find a photo of every Sprint Car driver that raced at Kopellah on April 23 with an action shot of the car and their name underneath the portrait.

P.S. I forgot to mention that I will add to the gallery as the season progresses and add drivers from other events besides UMSS that I attend as well.

Thanks so much for putting this together Stan.
Is it OK to link to it from the UMSS site? I think it would be great for our fans to put names/faces together with the cars.

I took the portrait shots for the UMSS so I think Mark was going to do something with them on the UMSS site. The ones on my site will be intermingled with some JSTS, IRA and probably a few World of Outlaws drivers too so it's not going to be exclusively UMSS. You're certainly welcome to link to this section but I believe the plan is to eventually have something like this with only UMSS drivers on the UMSS site.

I think you should alphabetize these by Driver's Last Name and cross-reference them by Car Number.

I think you should put all your beer in order in your cooler labels facing out and I get the coldest one. ;-)

We only do bios on push truck drivers and water truck hopefuls.
I'll bet you never take my side again. On the other hand when you consider the other choice that don't leave you with much does it...
