Sprint Invaders Start with 34 Raceway's "360 Sprint Challenge"!

(Bill W) April 8, 2010 – The Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders kick off their season with a unique promotion at 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa, on Saturday, April 17. The "360 Sprint Challenge" will include a regular Sprint Invaders format including heats and a Shake-Up dash, but then things get interesting!

The top six finishers in the dash will be brought to the frontstretch. The winner of the dash will roll the dice to determine his inversion spot. Then, the first three starters in the main event will have an opportunity to take the challenge! The challenge includes starting on the tail of the feature. Up to three drivers can take the challenge. If they finish in the top three at the end of the night, their earnings will be doubled!

In addition, fans may contribute to the challenge if they wish (as an incentive to drivers to take the challenge)! If drivers take the challenge and do not finish in the top three, any moneys would be donated to the Sprint Invaders Benevolent Society. If no drivers take the challenge, moneys would be returned to any fan donating to the challenge.

Defending Sprint Invaders champion Bobby Mincer was the big winner in the season championship last September at 34 Raceway. The "Lil' Dude" won both the race and his second career championship. He is expected back at 34 Raceway on April 17, and also scheduled to appear are the second place runner on that night, Joe Beaver, and third place "Flyin'" Ryan Jamison.

Pit gates open at 4 p.m., with grandstand seating at 5 p.m., with racing getting underway at 6:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.34Raceway.com!

I would be willing to bet someone could do it if they got the right amount of cautions at the right times....Along with a hooked up race car...

How much are pit passes and tickets?
