The only racing I know of is in Little Rock. There is racing around but none with sprints. They have MSRA Late Models running to and its $20 to get in. Closest track to Hope would 67 Speedway in Texarkana, I live there and I dont like that track, to small.

No ASCS/GS this weekend..... but... at Gator Motorplex in Willis, Texas the Sprint Series of Texas will be racing. Not a fan of the SST... (there are dang near 50 of them 305 Racesaver sprinters in and around Dallas and it's like pulling teeth to get Smiley to 'authorize' you to run with his 20 or so that he invites to race)... anyway, there are some wings for ya.
Or, hit Lonestar Speedway in Kilgore on I-20 saturday night and catch the WoO Late Models (whopee, right), but they also have the Ark-La-Tex Wing Modifieds. These are the up to date versions of what Gary Wright and JJ drove back in the day. Like I said.. more wings for ya.
Hope this helps...

Weekend after this one there is Gulf South action in the H-town area. Beaumont Friday, HRP Saturday.
Late models are at Battleground this Friday.
The SST cars at Willis are running with the wings? They mind as well stay up north then.

I left a reply to you on the Joey Saldana string - but it is about what everyone is saying. You're a week end early for ASCS Gulf Coast in the Baytown area. I don't have a map handy - but when you get to Hope you'll know the mileage marker and I-30 exit is at #126... on the access road.heading on N.E. It's a (guess "edited) as to how many sprints will be there... just like a guess as to how many sprints will be at the Devil's Bowl Sat. ASCS rules are new and this weekend will be the first regular show - so who knows if 3 or 20 will show up. If going to the Bowl - remember to go I-20 and North on Lawson Rd. to the Devil's Bowl. U.S. 80 - Lawson Rd. is now closed to the Bowl.
