If the series is USAC sanctioned (and it appears to be) then my guess is yes - it would require membership. Just my opinion though.

USAC/CRA's schedule shows a race @ Kings on August 7. This race date does not appear in the new King's schedule.

I heard about this deal at the end of last year. Non wing 360 sprint cars with ONLY using USAC name to use the safety rules. Lets see if thats all ??
