I hope this is not true that they are going to close the OKC State Fair Speedway. My favorite drivers on the 1/2 mile were Wayne Cox and Harold Leep and on the 1/4 mile was Glenn Owens
although my real hero was my dad,
A.J. Little. Who was yours?

Don't know if Chris Johnson ever ran OKC but he was my favorite driver growing up watching him at Enid when I was a kid.

I remember when i was growing up I had to make a headdress in school. We had to put our indian name on it. Which name did I come up. I came up with Jerry Walkingstick. My parents thought it was funny.

Of course my Dad too, Carroll Satterwhite.
But AJ Little. He was an all around racer. He could build, win, and look good for the cameras too.
