2009 NCRA Banquet Information Announced
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Park City, Kansas - December 9, 2009 - The season is complete for the O'Reilly Auto Parts National Championship Racing Association and the time has come to crown their five division champions and present awards to all drivers who finished in the top fifteen in the final 2009 point standings and competed in at least 75 % of the races in their divisions. And it will all take place on Saturday night, January 30th, 2010 at the Cotillion Ballroom in Wichita, Kansas.
Tickets for all, including kids, will be $25.00 and reservations are required and MUST BE MADE by Tuesday, January 26, 2010. You can also mail your ticket order to the NCRA office or we can do credit cards over the phone.
Doors open at 4:00 PM with dinner being served at 5:00 PM. The awards ceremony will start at 6:00 PM with a dance being held from 9:00 PM until midnight for all ages 15 yrs. and older.
This is not a black tie event but we do ask that you do NOT dress like you are going racing. Simply put, NO T-SHIRTS!!! Nice jeans are allowed.
Below are a few more tidbits that you should know and pass along to others who may be joining you for the series 38th annual year end banquet:
1) If you don't want to order tickets for your crew members, sponsors or fans then PLEASE have them call the NCRA office and order their own tickets in advance as this will help with food count and seating.
2) If you are ordering tickets for a group that consist of more than one driver then please let the office know who the drivers are.
3) Drivers, you MUST be present to receive awards.
4) If you have a group of six or more, please call the office so we can reserve you a table.
5) Need to order extra jackets, plaques or trophies then please call Mylisa at the series office.
6) Once again reservations MUST BE MADE by Tuesday, January 26th, 2010. You can also mail your ticket order in to us or we can do credit cards over the phone.
Sorry, no carry in coolers or bottles allowed but there will be an open bar. Also, just a friendly reminder, that any discrepancies will reflect your 2010 race season.
