That's right folks, Gil (leadfoot) Mahoney will be in one of Cory Krusemans cars for next Saturdays sprintcar race at Ventura. This will be Gil's first start in one of Cory's cars, in fact at 64 this will be his first start in competition, period.
Gil became hooked on Midgets and sprinters at eight and now has the opportunity to drive one of Cory's school cars in competition next Sat night and by god he's taking it!
The next time old LEADFOOT post's on this or any other forum that boy will be speaking from experience!!!!

Gee, thanks Kenny.
I was just trying to figure out a way to quietly get out of doing it. They all get out there, go crazy and start driving fast. And I scare real easy.
Besides, at my age if there are too many yellows I may need a diaper. What was the brand that astronaut used driving all the way to Florida? Lasted about a thousand miles, I think.
Everything you know is wrong.
