I'm doing a very quite soft opening of a new section of racewayvideo.com.
Raceway Video Pay per View will offer streaming video or downloads of complete race nights.
Right now I only have 4 videos up, more will be added. The race from 8.1.09 at Perris is set up as a free demo. (streaming only)
Eventually I will have at least 10 videos up which will be rotated out once a week or so. They will be the complete race program (less time trials) all heats, semi's and the main event in its entirety
All you have to do is click on the link, look for 8.1.09 Perris and click on "details" scroll down to the bottom and select "1 play free demo" the click "add to cart". At that point you will need to register (first time only) and then just follow the prompts.
You need to have at least Windows Media Player 10 installed on your PC. It will prompt you to download it, if you have an older version.
This is a trial run to make sure everything is working OK before doing any major advertising. There is no link to the section from racewayvideo.com just yet. You can only access it from here. All comments are appreciated.

Hey Jeff, would it be a live streaming from the races? Now that would be Great!

I think Joyce Cardey, who is director of DVD sales for Raceway Video @ the PAS is about to get her pink slip. All kidding aside, Jeff , you have spoiled us all for years with your FREE next day highlights of USAC/CRA races and I hope this will finally rewarded you alittle for all your hardwork and dedication. Your highlights are literally seen around the world. Count us in.....

Thanks Jim...Joyce will still be game-fully employed (for whatever that is worth!)
I'll still be putting up the free highlights after each race. This is just another outlet to peddle the complete night.
If it works and if I can save money on duplication and packaging, I will certainly pass the savings along to you guys.
I haven't gotten a lot of feedback yet. Is anyone having problems registering or ordering or playing the video? Is the quality OK?
