Just drove by the track this morning, there was a lot of water in the lower areas of the fair grounds and it looked like some seepage along the backstretch infield area. The Iowa is pretty high but do not know if it still on the rise or dropping??

Flood stage is 19.0 feet. It's currently at 20.68 feet and dropping. It's supposed to be at 17.4 feet tomorrow. No more rain in the forecast, so as long as they can get it all worked in and dried out on the track, they should be good.

It should be ok then, it looked like they were pumping the backside of the infield and no chance of rain in our local forecast until fri and / or sat but don't sound significant at this time.
