Whether you Track Promoters like it or not Elk City I-40 Speedway is gonna have fights, wrecks, ppl go to the flag stand, stop on the front stretch, take ppl out in turn 2, just stop to get a caution, or someone telling the Tech Guy someone is cheating. Always have always will.
The crowd has to have someone to boo and someone to cheer for and there’s always gonna be someone drinking cold beer after the race. That’s part of the game. You can’t fix all this by running ppl off. Every time someone is ran off there is repercussions. It’s called fans. How many have we lost this year with all the drivers we have lost? We need the Jr. Reyeses , The Timmy Johnsons, The Chad and Dustin Dunlaps, The Randy Thomas’s ,The Worleys The Linerez and The Aaron Shannons. But if you keep running them off your gonna have 4 track promoters and a couple parts guys setting out there doing nothing and by no means I don’t think we want that, ‘cause personally I like watching good races.

Hate to put something like this on here but our promoters will not go to my website so i hope they go to this one . Thanks David Smith Jr. for having this site.

There was excitment on and off the track friday night. I thought the same thing about them telling those people to leave and don't come back. It was fun going down there for the two ncra races this year. Hopefully they will come back next year. Good luck on the rest of the season. LETS GO RACIN!!
