Kopellah will have the regular pay-off on Aug 28th, this is the last race of the season at Kopellah.
Brainerd Labor Day weekend:
The two-day Mighty Axe Nationals at North Central Speedway in Brainerd, Minnesota, will be contested over the Labor Day weekend on September 5-6, 2009. Each night of racing will include a full program of ultimate sprint races, challenge races, and a 20-lap main event.
The UMSS would like to thank North Central Speedway for including them in this year's Mighty Axe Nationals and for their generosity with an enhanced purse. The 2-day purse will be as follows:
Saturday Sunday
- $1,000 $1,100
- 700 800
- 600 600
- 500 500
- 400 400
- 350 350
- 300 300
- 275 275
- 250 250
- 200 200
- 175 175
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
- 150 150
In addition, all teams that were at the July 4th Kouba Memorial are eligible for an additional $150 if they attend both nights of the Mighty Axe Nationals.
