Just back from another trip to the north -- Knoxville Raceway and the Nationals should have happened in OKC years ago.

Hell yes 5can!!! We were talking about that while watching the Nationals saturday night. Something we've talked about in the past also.
I think it all boiled down to money from sponsorship of the race itself. But I think it could be done.
If Little Rock can do the Short Track Nationals and Tulsa can do the Cilli Bowl, then I think SFS could do Big Time Nationals race.

OKC is the ideal place for something like this. It's not too late.

It may have happened when Shane Carson was the promoter and OKC had a 1/2 mile race track. It will NEVER happen while Lanny is the promoter. Period.
