This was a night of true teamwork to even get this on here lol. All of this is pretty much brought by the great fantasy section of SFS lol. Kerrie Lynn sent Lawton results via text to Randy Boggs, who along with Brandon Boggs and Matt Ray - ventured north to join myself, Andrea Clevenger, and Wes Briscoe for the very highly anticipated 2009 Mini Sprint Nationals. FANTASY-tastic teamwork! lol.

I'll likely post more on I-44 tomorrow. After I score the fantasy league - which btw I kinda apologize as I haven't even started on it yet, was ready to do it as usual friday and was "derailed" - so.......

anyways for now I'll just say the Mini Sprint Nationals exceeded even the highest expectations I had goin into it. The track was perfect - the racing all night was stellar (except for startin 80 minutes later than advertised). Anyone who thinks of micro racing as lesser racing - should feel rather foolish after what we were witness to tonight. This was one of the best races I have seen this year - in fact, along with the spring ascs2 race at I-44 - they are the 2 best races I have seen this year. For all those who were not able to be in attendance at I-44 tonight - Mudslinger video was there to catch the action - so for the same 10 bucks (i think lol) we spent - you could have been there too Smile

I don't know who was running the track tonight - so I'll just say this. Either the new owner's put on 1 hell of a show - or the former owners went out in a blaze of glory lol. The RACING was that damn good....and so was the company. Special thanks to Kerrie Lynn Boggs for the Lawton results. and to the fantasy section (I-44 style) for their help at I-44 wink

The races at I-44 were awesome, but the Fantasy section was not much help with the results!

Had a really good time with the guys and gals from the league. See you next Friday.

Congrats to J-Rock, Jason Lair, Seth Brown. All ARP customers. Not sure on the restricted winner, but congrats anyway. Also to Koby Barksdale. Not to mention Gastineau and Owens on friday night. Another good weekend, although not good enough for some people I am sure.

What I heard last night is that those numbers are way off as far as car count.

I was a Lawton Saturday night and Koby was in Herring's 99 and that car count at Lawton was right. Dusty won the Sportmod feature and Curtis Martin was 2nd 3rd went to Shane Little 4th was Cody Whitworth and fifth was Shane Lupi. A tacky track and little rough in 3and 4. Didn't get to watch the Sprint feature or the Modified feature as we were being teched

Sorry I meant I-44. I was not there just what I heard from others.

What I heard last night is that those numbers are way off as far as car count.

ok pay close attention so you can relay this to "heard"

A Class had a 10 car C Feature, 20 car B Feature, 20 car A Feature - it was ANNOUNCED that they had 48 enter in.

Non Wing had 11 car C Main, 19 car B Main (one must have scratched) and a 20 car A Main.

Outlaw had a 9 car B Main - plus a 20 car A.

Restricted had a 19 car B Main - 20 car A. Turf Tire had 13 and Kid Sprints had 20 - both just ran an A Main.

Top 2 transferred out of the C Mains - and top 4 out of the B Mains - so here is what INARGUABLY took to the track throughout the night:

A Class - 44
Non Wing - 45
Outlaw - 25
Restricted - 35
Turf Tire - 13
Kid Sprint - 20

Now those numbers are INDISPUTABLE. Thats what we saw and WITNESSED. and we were counting them EVERY race. That totals to 182 cars. That is what INDISPUTABLY took to the track throughout the night. Until "heard" can seriously and accuartely debunk any of these numbers (that we witnessed firsthand) - then "heard" is what it usually is........wink

Fan, "heard" reads this board on a regualr basis. In fact "heard" runs at the fairgrounds on a regualr basis and has alot of dealings with I-44 still. If "heard" responded to half the stuff that is said on this board he might be banned from this board.

I think "heard" as alot more info than you pull out. I trust his info alot more than yours. But we all know you are the golden child of this board. But, it is what it is.

ok. lets get back to BASICS. Aside from the bull - TWICE I have provided numbers - and you have failed miserably to tell me what exactly was inaccurate. The only one I can see that was questionable was the 220 total cars - although 182 is not exactly "way off". Ironically 220 is what I heard at the beg. of the night from folks that worked for the track too lol. that is ironic lol.

But, anyhow - class by class - and feature by feature - I will stick by those numbers - either SHOW/ PROVE to us how/where they are "way off"........or shut up about the big bad wolf hiding in your closet that all of the forum should fear. Until you can PROVE any of it wrong - for you this was just a stage to get your rocks off about your own jealous perception of me as a golden child.

Now cat nip - pay close attention and take this to heart. I won't be apologetic to you or anyone else for folks being/posting thanks to me for the positive contributions I try to make to this forum. I am no golden child for it - and I don't require their thanks to do it, although I appreciate their support and appreciation very VERY MUCH. I do it because there are people who do care about what goes on outside their local track - just as I always have. And just as I always wanted to know what happened at tracks before Monday - how could I expect others to do that if I was unwilling to take the time/effort to do it myself? And that's what all of this is about. You can't much paint the increasingly ancient picture of me as boldly initiating a lot of controversy - and that you liked to talk shit to at the time. I've avoided that for going on a couple years now - instead just making positive contributions to this forum in the form of posting results, fantasy league, and some good opinion sharing/conversing every now and again. And lo and behold - you talk shit about that too! lmao. wow.

well Erich golden child is your own spiteful and perceptive label. And it is 180 off at that. But I see you still that got that chip on your shoulder don't ya? Well you can rest easy knowing you're on my mind infinitely less than I appear to be on yours wink

Fan12 you talk to the person I "heard" this from about the numbers I am just passing the info along from a source I take as creditable. When you are WORKING ON CARS IN THE PITS MOUNTING NEW LEFT REARS ON WHEELS INSTEAD OF HAVING YOUR THUMB UP YOUR YOU KNOW WHAT IN THE STANDS WISHING YOU COULD DO THAT you get bits and pieces of what is past along. You come down next week when it is in the hundred degree range and you bust your a** and then I will have new respect for you. Untill then shut the F**k up. When you go home and your shirt is soaked with sweat then you know you worked. The people that know me from the pits that read this board will tell you to f**k off and get a life and I have a feeling there is alot more of them than there are of you. In this regard I kinda of agree with On the gas.

As far as the golden child remark. I have had disscusions with admins on this board and they said " he reminds me of myself of when I was that age very opinionated" and "loves sprint car racing." That sounds as if some has already put that badge on you. That did not come from me. If you think I am jealous of you then you have a bigger ego than what I thought you did.

To everyone else I am sorry for getting bit off canter and getting a bit out of sorts. I just hate when someone starts acting like they are the cats meow when they have no idea. If I offended anyone I am sorry. Fan12 you are the least of my worries I got far more imprtant things to worry about then rather you get your fanasty reports in on time or not. If If wanted to get my rocks off you can be sure it would not be directed at you in any way I am def. not that way.

Let me add that in no way am I bashing any fans that show up to the races. Without fans there would be no races. I am just upset at one "fan " in particular.

Let me add that in no way am I bashing any fans that show up to the races. Without fans there would be no races. I am just upset at one "fan " in particular.

Ok I want to state I'm not trying to get in anyones arguments or take anyones side on this issue. I do however want to clear one thing up. Friday night there were at least 184 cars entered at I-44. Those are just the cars that took part in the first round of heat races. I know that there were a few more cars than that actually there that broke in hot laps that didn't make it out for heat races. Saturday night they picked up a few more but exactly how many I don't really know. Those are facts.

I was there Friday night taking pictures and video and was told by someone up in the booth there was 192 cars in the pits, so I find it hard to believe you would have that many cars show up to run heat races and then load up and go home. Im pretty sure I got a picture of almost every car there, I tried to anyway. Those pictures are posted on my website if anyone would like to count for thereself.
