NCRA points leader John Anderson of Omaha says his car owner is out of town and will not make the trip. Delbert Smith of Wichita has cut back his travels for 2009 while Bryant Goldsmith is going to school in Corning, Iowa. Bill Frye and Wendall Wallace will be racing in Kentucky ($10,000 to win). However, these are all full-time outlaw late model drivers and will put on a show.
