Just letting all of you know that NCRA president and 81 Speedway promoter C Ray Halls mother, Shirley, passed away Friday morning after a long illness. The passing came within a couple of days from the date when C Ray lost his father a couple years ago.
Please keep the Hall family in your thoughts and prayers.

The Hall family are great people. They have always treated me like family anytime we were up there. Sorry for their loss.

So sorry to hear about Shirley, she was a great woman and friend. RIP and our prayers are with C Ray and the family in there time of need.
