I would like to thank everyone at Lake Country Speedway and Ronnie Gould for the great hospitality over the weekend.also thank Ronnie for letting my 9 year old son fish in the pond there at the track.he caught a nice little 3 pound bass and made his evening.

if you ever get a chance to race at LCS don't pass it up,this is a nice track, smooth, fast and very well ran.

Thank You Gary Clift

Sorry to hijack your thread but I am going to post something about Mr. Gould as well.

When I first met him a couple of years ago, I thought he was just being cordial because we were meeting for the first time. But the guy is a genual nice guy all the way around and he goes out of his way to make me feel welcome and seems to appreciate all that I try to do.

He has put me in the passinger seat of one of those tornados and Sunday night he had me ride in the bus with Track Announcer (Douglas Rolo), Tony Martinez (Young Guns promoter), Mike Malone (dualcore on elbowsUP) and BettyMac (on elbowsUP). We were in the big bus with Ronny driving while IMCA vice president Brett Root was driving the other bus. To have Mr. Gould invite me as one of those to ride along was a thrill and to have to hang on as I (we) did was also a treat.

While I now cringe at the thoughts of Memorial Nationals and Winter Nationals as we will be there until 3 AM it seems, he prepares an awesome track each time I am there and he really gots it going on.

On behalf of myself, I, too want to thank you Ronny for a great time Sunday night and for all that you try to do to accomodate me.
