They went ahead and ran a regular show with rather muddy conditions. The infield was soaked and that's where the vintage cars were supposed to be.
With Saturday being forecasted at 70% chance of rain and the sprinters and vintage cars pulling in from a long distance in most cases, the tough call was made to move those cars to May 30th. The local racers were going to run if there was enough track to work with, which there was barely.
I know this doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to clear this up.

I was not much help with the results.
We had a pretty good night thought we had a shot at the win but used the right rear up by lap 15 and spent the last 5 laps trying to hold on to second to no avail as Mullins past me out of 4 coming to the checks.
As far as jumping the start on one restart the leader busted a trans and the 3rd place car had a right front flat and neither one of them took off. So it was hard not to jump the start when you have two front cars not going. They did penalise Anderson 2 spots on one restart for jumping.

Kinda runs in the family huh? By the way, didn't you at one time crew for Tony Anderson? And if I recall you stated you taught him everything he and Aaron knows.

No I didn't crew for Tony, I drove one of his Modifieds. At one time we had 2 cars Tony drove the 05 and I drove the 50. Our crew one time or another was Carl Burdette and his brother Sam, Roger Mercer, Curtis Allen, and whoever else we could drag with us. We spent less than what I do on our Sportmod. Taught them everything they know. LOL

I remember that "tag-team" duo. You guys used to come down to Meeker and spank all the locals. I think Tony won more (if my old rusty memory is correct), but we always knew BOTH of you were there. Dirtworks was the sponsor was it not???

You do have a good memory. Dirtworks was a sponsor and yes Tony won more than I did. After all I had to let the car owner win more.LOL. I always got tired of finishing second in the points to him
