Sad news for any family. Was he related to Smokey Stover, who used to drive a super at Hangtown (Placerville) Speedway back in the 70's?

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Christian at the DMS Driver Challenge, and I was really excited to see how he would do this year as he had some really big plans. I can definitely agree that he was a great kid, very genuine and willing to listen and learn from people. His dad was there with him and was a great guy....I feel for him - this is such a shock even to those of us who don't know him all that well.
