The season opener of the three race long series(one race per month) is set to kick off on March 23 at 7p.m. The sprint kart race will be held on our oval Slick Track which is waxed on the bottom groove and has an abrasive tar on the middle and outside lines for thre to four wide racing. The karts have gone through extensive work over the last few weeks to better their speeds and handling. The karts are now only 2 tenths apart from one another daily. All three events will include individual USAC/CRA style qualifying, Heats, Dash, the alphabet soup, and the Feature. Points will be awarded for all three events for the points fund at the end of the series.
Pricing, awards, specials and more will be determined in the next couple of days.
Our weekly series, Tuesday, Wednsday, Thursday races award points per race. At the end of each month, awards will be given including free entries into the championship series races.
